Why Incentive Travel?
The rewards of business travel experiences* are proven; with every dollar invested returning on average, $12.40 in increased revenue and $3.80 in new profits. (1) That alone is enough of a reason to be implementing Incentive Travel as a Top Achievers reward but when you start to look at the emotional, performance and loyalty building impacts – your business case builds.
Incentive Travel is designed to create a reward of aspiration… the carrot that drives performance throughout a long period of time. It will divide the average performers from the top and create that ‘must have reward’. As any tangible reward, it becomes a trophy, recognition, a discussion point and a point of reference in the organisation of what it is to be a Top Performer!

Why Queensland?
Queensland is full of surprises, and that is exactly what our clients look for in rewarding and recognising their people.
Incentive experiences from Port Douglas, the Whitsundays and the Gold Coast are top of mind when we are planning, designing and creating a programme for an international client. The lure of the Great Barrier Reef with its coral and fishing, the rainforest and hinterlands that runs from north to south, bustling Brisbane with its fabulous restaurants and bars, and that heavenly stretch of Surfers Paradise beach! Queensland ticks all the boxes, and our clients love it.

Million Dollar Memo finalist's view
Million Dollar Memo afforded me a second opportunity to visit Tropical North Queensland, specifically Cairns and what a treat. On my first trip to Cairns, I had a very specific agenda in mind -- dive the Great Barrier Reef. As a diver, it was a must do before I die experience and it surpassed all of my expectations. I had the dive of a lifetime and to this day look forward to opportunities to retell my reef experience. In terms of travel stories to brag about it doesn't get any better than the reef.
Upon my return to Cairns, with the Million Dollar Memo challenge, it was a much more luxurious experience and completely different side of a destination that had already won my heart. While it was a different experience, it was still fabulous. Without a doubt Cairns will be on the itinerary the next time I visit Australia.
Starting my day with a walk along the water and ending it back on the same boardwalk for an al fresco dinner and drinks. Cairns completes the circle and delivers my perfect day -- starts and ends by the water.
Most surprising to me was the fact that Cairns is such a culinary inclined destination, foodies everywhere would be thrilled by its bounty. Not to mention the variety of uniquely Australian experiences than one can have in the region from the rain forest to the wildlife and of course the reef the opportunities for exploration and adventure are endless.
